Here you can rent a big wonderful 4 room apartment - fully furnished and completely renovated. It is located in the quiet street Rigaer Strasse near Frankfurter Allee. Here in Friedrichshain you only have a short distance to Alexander Platz and Berlin Mitte.

In the nearby area there are lots of cafés, Bierstuben (Pubs) and restaurants. There is good parking facilities in the area. The entire building has been completely renovated this year and both building and apartment appears new.

The holiday apartment is located on the 3rd. floor and there is an elevator in the building. The apartment contsists of the following:

For an additional fee it is also possible to rent an inflatable mattress (120x200 cm) that can be placed in the large living room and with this extra sleeping facility the apartment has sleeping facilites for up to 8 people.

In the apartment you will find a TV with cable TV and wireless Internet. Furthermore you will find blankets and pillows for eight persons and pans, casseroles, plates, cups and so on... All you need to cook your own dinner.

The apartment is located in a 2-minutes walking distance to the U-bahn (Subway) Samariter strasse (U5) and it takes about five minutes to walk to the S-bahn Frankfurter Allee. This places the apartment very centrally according to transportation facilities.

There are good parking opportunities on the street (Rigaer Strasse) and in the entire area; no payment required.
